Произошла неисправность w71 на частотнике FR-A740-07700-NA. Аналогичные устройства ATV71EXC2C11N4, CIMR MTII 5.5, CIMR-V7AZ44P00 установленные на двигателях без аварий.
Значение нашел в поисковике по запросу "SKiiP35NAB126V1" prom-electric.ru/media/SEMIKRON_DataSheet_SKiiP_35NAB126V1_25230110.pdf . Оказалось сгорел клеммник.

Вылезла авария err249 на преобразователе частоты SJ700-370LFUF2. Подобные устройства ATV71QC13Y, CIMRE7Z20371A, GP102025-1M на насосах в норме.
Объяснение нашел через майлру по запросу "psmn3r8-100bs" prom-electric.ru/media/PSMN3R8-100BS.pdf . Вышел из строя супрессор.
